Responsive theme not working anymore

My website over at https://www.kingslanding.net is having difficulty with the responsive theme right now. It originally worked when I tested it out, but I decided the desktop version was better so I turned the theme off and also had to delete part of the code that made it auto zoom on the left corner of the page on mobile devices. Now, I’ve decided the mobile theme is necessary to optimize mobile ad revenue, but the theme doesn’t work now when I turn it on, nothing happens. Is it possible it’s not working because of the line of code I had to delete? I can’t remember/find what the code was.
