Responsive Theme Top Navigation Menu Not Clickable

I am making modifications to my client’s website and I’ve noticed that as the screen size decreases that the top navigation stops working. The top navigation is used for her social media platforms. The only link that is working is instagram. I have an older version of Responsive Theme installed, but am running WP 3.9.1
