I was thinking of changing to pro to help ensure that the data passes correctly. Will updating to Pro create a need to update existing forms in any way? Also, I use Cornerstone to build out pages. Are there any known issues? I am using one group and conditional logic. It tests fine but does it hold up over time without conflicts?

You mention I must have Rest installed. Where and how do I determine that?

    Thank you.

No changes are required going from the free version to the Pro version. I have not used Cornerstone with this plugin, but I don’t believe there would be any issues, especially if it works ok with the Free version.

I’ve tested the conditional fields plugin with this plugin and it currently works.

If you haven’t done anything with your WordPress install, REST should be enabled already as it’s enabled by default. You can also read this page to see if your form submits similarly: https://contactform7.com/why-isnt-my-ajax-contact-form-working-correctly/ Of course a multi-step form will load another page after the form is submitted so you may want to try just a normal one step form.
