    In Tools > Site Health I’m seeing two errors:

    1 The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
    2 The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

    After I disabled Icegram those errors disappeared. I’m using the paid version.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Our development team sent a response to your email titled “REST API / cURL 28 error” on June 16 and I myself sent another email on June 18 which we think are not delivered to you. I’m copying the same response here:

    The issue which you are facing is related to the loopback request which is needed to perform scheduled tasks like publishing scheduled post etc.

    We have tried to replicate the issue, but it seems it is working as expected at our end.

    To investigate the issue further, could you install & activate the free WordPress plugin –Temporary Login Without Password, and give us admin access to your site via the temporary link generated?

    After we get access to your website, one of our developers will check
    & try resolving the issue.

    Please make sure to keep the expiry of the temporary login link for one week and reply to us with the created login link.

    Regarding your question about Icegram, 1.10.41 is our latest version and you can update from your Plugins page. Please let us know if you have any trouble with it.

    Regarding your paid subscription, let us know the email id associated with your Icegram account.
