REST API Error

    Hi!

    I’m a big fan of your plug-in. I’ve been using it since the very beginning of my adventure with WordPress.

    I never thought that this plugin could cause problems. So….I’m just after activation and deactivation of all plugins in maintenance mode.
    Only your plugin causes this error:

    “The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

    The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”

    Disabling Lead info with country for Contact Form 7 plugin causes the error to stop appearing on the SiteHealth table.

    Have you encountered this error before and do you know what to do with it?

    Hi @gregywordpress,

    First notice of this error. We will make some tests next week to see if we can replicate this problem. This plugin should not cause any problema with the REST API cause it only fires when a contact form is sent.

    We have been running several tests and don’t get this error on any of our test installations and live sites.

    We really don’t know how to reproduce the error to try and solve it. Also this plugin should not cause any problem with the REST API cause it only fires when a contact form is sent.

    Can you give us more information about your setup?

    Hi Greg,

    I think we solved the problem in version 2.1 which we will be releasing today. One of the plugin users pointed out a solution for the error and we just implemented it.
