  • Hello,

I think we would need a bit more information in order to help as there could be a number of reasons for this to happen.

Do you get any messages when you visit the url https://mysite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/pages in the browser?

If it’s a new website, is there a chance that perhaps no pages have been created yet?

If the website is live, it would also be useful if you could let us know its URL so that we can try to recreate the problem from our end.

    Thanks.

Hi Carme Mias thank you for reply
My site is live and it has more than 300 pages
my website address is : https://www.noortec.com

    Thanks

Your theme, which appears to be Kallyas, seems to have its own custom page builder, and this page builder does not store its data in the normal place for content, meaning that it will not appear in the content of the REST API. To retrieve the content over the API the theme would need to add support for the REST API.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
