    Hi. I have a problem in the website. When I’m trying to connect 10web to the website it’s showing

    Rest API Not Available

    Please?check the following link?to fix the issue and retry the connection afterwards.

    Checked with the API’s. Enabled but something gone wrong.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As you are using Cloudflare, please, check if you have the?Bot Fight Mode?option enabled, in your Cloudflare dashboard, navigate to Security > WAF(Web Application Firewall). Click on the?Tools?tab and enter a 10Web IP address from the above list in the?IP, IP range, Country name, or ASN?field. Set the?Action?to?Allow?and click?Add. Repeat this for each IP address.

    If you have already completed the above step and the issue is still valid, will you please kindly send us the list of your plugins so that we can help you identify which one may be blocking your website Rest Route?

    Please, also consider checking with your hosting provider if they have any security service enabled which may be blocking the Rest Route of the website.
