Hello,

Can you split the procedure into parts for example from 1 to 80, then from 81 to 156. I mean you can try decreasing the number of products to see if there is a difference?

Can you provide more details about the procedure you are running? That will help to take a better look.

step 1: I split the array of products into chunks of 99 items
step 2: It looks like that when deleting products from the shop & empty the trash, product_variation post type is being kept on the DB, so I went there and deleted them too. worked OK.
