REST API VS JQUERY

I noticed that there are several threads in the last few weeks about the new REST api method which may result in errors if obviously you have disabled the API by default in WP.

Can you consider adding as an option which way shall a user prefer for their websites? Many of us have disabled the rest api and at the same time want the ajax functionality so they would like to avoid this option https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/
