Rest of site loads in fine, header loads in slow.

Hi everyone!

I’m building a website and have run into a problem. When i load the site everything else loads in fine except for the header which loads in horizontally like something from a dial up connection. I’m using Themify builder with Parallax.

Is this a problem with the amount of bandwidth we’ve got with our hosting package or something else.
