    Hi

    This is probably a security feature. When I deactivate WF… then I have my users details. So how can I do or which option I must activate or not in WF to see my users please ?

    Can you please more details of the issue you’re having? Send screenshots if possible.

    If you’re experiencing this issue when using a specific plugin, I would suggest changing the Wordfence Web Application Firewall into Learning Mode. From the Wordfence Dashboard, click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now confirm that you can view the users details. Once done, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting and test to see that you can still view the user details.

    It’s impossible to show users.

    Even in Learning Mode.

    So how can we fix that… because if I deactive WF… then I can see users

    @milsou,

    I don’t see any errors on that URL on my end. Can you send a screenshot of the error you see on your end?

    With Wordfence activated, please access the URL and navigate to your Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic page, and see whether you find any blocked requests, click on it to expand it, then click “Add Param to Allowlist”. 

    Additionally, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence.com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
