Restance Contact Form Template Submit Message Button

Hi there, I can’t for the life of me figure out how to tell the Submit Message Button on the Restance Template Contact Form to do anything. I am obviously trying to tell it to submit the form to my email. But don’t see how to do that anywhere. Is it because I am in staging mode? Thank you
