Restart after 28 seconds.

I’m having problems with the backup.
I’ve split the backups to DB, Files, Content, plugins and Themes.
However I can’t get a complete back up of Themes.
After around 30 seconds or so it will restart after 28 seconds…
It doesn’t actually do anything at that point from what I can see.
Does anyone have any ideas?
