    Buenas tardes, e realizado una copia y al restaurar se que parado en el 60% no finaliza la restauración, lleva 1hora parado en el mismo punto

    You haven’t pasted the entire log file, which is quite important for me.
    Nevertheless I think the issue may be caused due to your database size.

    You will need to make new backup for the restoration.
    – If you can’t access the site anymore, to make new backup, you can also send it to us (we will optimize your current backup).

    Solution:
    1. Go to the site where you made the backup.
    – Then, please follow these steps:
    2. Use these settings in the first section: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
    3. Save first section
    4. Now, go to “Other options” section
    5. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    6. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    7. Alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    8. Modify query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 90)
    9. Save “Other options” section
    10. Before you process with the backup it’s highly recommended for you to clean up and optimize your database tables. You can use free and easy to use plugin named “Advanced DB Cleanup”, you can remove it after optimization.
    11. Once you clean up your tables, make new backup.

    12. Open “Other options” section here, as well
    13. Adjust query output: https://prnt.sc/1trxucl (set this value to 90 as well)
    14. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    15. Save this “Other options” section
    16. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    17. Try to run the restoration once again with new backup ??
