In the latest beta we added batching for the search replace step during restoration.
You can also modify the page size of queries to make the process consume more or less memory – I’d recommend you to modify the default value to 1000.
As your database has almost 1m rows, it may take some time.
You can speed up the process by increasing the page size, but if it will be too high, it may also reach your memory limit – causing error (1000 should work for you, as well as default settings I believe).

There is no need for you to make new backup, this version is compatible with old backups.
