    Hi,

    we have the plugin installed, but for some customers the restrictions don’t work properly. Newly registered customers are seeing limits reached messages although they’ve never purchased a product.

    Can you advise what may cause this issue?

    No, deactivate our plugin and test it using the default WooCommerce dropdown.
