    Hello,

    I am using the free version of Dropbox Backup & Restore. I am trying to restore my website from a file on my computer. This is a new installation of WordPress, and a new installation of the plugin, so none of my files are visible. However, I can see it on my hard drive. What do I do here? Thanks for your help.

    do you have your backup on your Dropbox or you have it in folder /wp-contents/Dropbox_Backup/ in the root of your website?

    Hello,

    Would you like me to open a ticket, then? It’s just in my Dropbox, which is stored on Dropbox and also locally on my computer. It’s not in the root of my website.

    What do you mean by “locally on my computer”?
    How did you get your backup into your local computer? Have you downloaded it from your Dropbox or from your hosting/server?
    Your backup can be only either on your Dropbox or in your hosting/server.
