    Hello,

I am sorry to hear about these problems. I would recommend enabling WordPress debugging and then looking at the debug.log in the wp-content directory after refreshing the page. You may also try temporarily renaming the plugins and themes folders to restore access.

The issue with the failed restoration could be due to a process termination caused by your webserver. To prevent this happening in future you could edit your .htaccess file according to these instructions.

You may also wish to manually complete the restoration of your uploads archive. Create a folder on your desktop and extract all of the upload zips (uploads.zip, uploads2.zip etc) on top of each other into that folder.

Rename the existing uploads folder on your website and then manually upload the new one via S/FTP into the wp-content directory. Before uploading check that the new uploads folder has the correct structure.
