restoration taking infinite time

    Hi,

    Your restoration process is being killed off or timed out early.
    Please could you (or your hosts/server admin) check the PHP error logs for any fatal errors or timeout notices from around the time of the attempted restorations?

    iam no expert in this field ,,could u please tell me how to get to the error log file

    Hi @anand99

    Apologies for the delay.

    You will need to contact your host/server admin and they will check the error log for you. They should be able to tell what the cause of the issue is.
