    Hi @richardgb

    The error you received means that the URL does not provide any backup file.
    Please make sure that URL you pasted allows you to download some file.

    Simply paste it into your browser and check if it will start download or it will display your site for example.

    If it displays your site, you can try to use this option (“Other options” section):
    Alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w

    You can also download the backup and upload it manually, which should solve the issue as well.
