Restore backup not working

    Hi, i do the backup, after this i update woocommerce but i need to come back to the version before. I restore the backup and do not work, show me a yellow icon, please help me, it is very urgent

    It is possible to restore the mysql? I have the backup file, the latest woocommerce upgrade the tables of mysql and this create the problem
    Please help me

    I solve it, was a folder permission ftp problem
