Restore Defaults

I just started using this plugin and it worked perfectly for what I needed to.

Just one thing thats really not important but since I saw this
“Your roles and capabilities will not revert back to their previous settings after deactivating or uninstalling this plugin, so use this feature wisely.”

I didn’t leave the plugin feeling good about that, so would it be a good idea to have a way to restore defaults. If not, it’s not a terrible thing. I’ve done plenty of manual editing far worse than setting role caps.
