Restore deleted shared publicize link

I am the admin of a wordpress blog. One of the authors has created the site’s Twitter account and added it as a shared link.

In my private sharing settings, I’ve accidentally deleted the shared site account and there seems to be no way to get it back. He still sees it of course, but I don’t.

My co-author has already re-linked the Twitter account, it still doesn’t show up in my settings.
