restore doesn’t work on mobile

  • Hello,

    I have encountered 2 problems:

    • I syncronized my site with https://www.helloasso.com/ and my home page went in text only
    • I tried to restore a backup but only the PC version looks fine on my PC, on mobile I still have my text only home page. One collegues tells me that for her, even on PC the page doesn’t display correctly. I backuped and restored with UpdraftPlus. The restore displayed a successfull message.

  • You are using Litespeed as an optimisation plugin. Empty its cache. Something may have got stuck in it. Deactivate the plugin if it does not work immediately.

    I don’t use Litespeed, I don’t see it in my pluggins. Any other suggestions ?

    There is a 2nd suggesstion mentioned above. Have you already done this?

    I did a second restore with a backup before the sync with helloasso and the result is the same so I don’t think this has anything to do with helloasso.
