I made a backup and it was successful. I performed a theme upgrade on my site, and it caused a small issue so I needed to restore. Clicked the restore button, and it just spinned and spinned. I let it sit there for about 20 minutes. Eventually it just timed out. When going to the site again it started giving me fatal errors. I had to go into ftp and manually rename some of the plugins for which i was getting errors. Then i could get back to the homepage and the wp admin console.

All of my plugins are missing from the plugins pages including your plugin so i can’t even try the restore again.

I have the back up file on my server but dont know how to restore at this point. its critical that I get this site functional again as it is an e-commerce site with thousands of products. We are using woocommerce.

Hope someone can help. I submitted a support ticket with the FTP info so you can try to get in and see if you can perform a manual restore?
