I used the same setting to backup again and this time, it just freezes at 1% and then it shows “There were some hick-ups” and then shows no log info.

    Hi @jerryhu

When you don’t see logs it may mean that your website has modified index.php file.
Other possible cause may be some security plugin like iThemes Security or WordFence.

Above issue (security plugin/index.php) is also related to backup download.
Please, check if you can download backup file using Super-Quick Migration URL while in incognito mode of your browser – if it won’t start the download it may show you hint of what’s blocking the process.

We have prepared alternate download method, it should work in most cases.

    Simply, follow below steps:
On the site where you made the backup:
    1. Go to our plugin settings and open “Other options” section
    2. Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    3. Save that section
    – No need to make new backup

Now, go to the site where you want to restore your backup:
    1. Open “Other options” section as well
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save that section
    4. Force both processes to stop: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    5. Try to run the migration again with the same URL

If that won’t work, please repeat the “force both processes to stop” step.
Once you do that, download your backup and try to upload it manually.

You can upload your backup via FTP, cPanel or our Upload Area.

Let me know if that solves your issue ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
