    Hello,

    I can’t restore sgbp with backup guard with sgbp extractor .Please help . I am receiving SGExceptionInternal : fread() failed

    May I kindly ask you to try extracting another backup file to check if you see the same error message?

    If the error repeats, please, try to use another OS to install the SGBP extractor and extract the files.

    Give it a try and let us know about the results.
