I saw in a few other topics you suggest disabling PHP-CLI. I did that and it still didn’t work.

    Hey @dotsey ,

It seems that the backup file download looses connection / times out after some time. Please try to increase the timeout limits on the source site, then download the file, and upload it manually to the destination site. After that you can run the restore there.

    Kind regards

I upped the timeout to 6000 ms and got this code: BMI-nabB2KLL-61737. Should I up it some more?

@dotsey it is still not possible to download the backup file through correctly. You might want to check this with your hosting provider.

Once this is finished, please manually upload the file to the destination site and run the Restore process.

    Kind regards
