    Hello, I’m getting an error qhen trying to restore old backups.

    The error apear at the 99% as follows:

    Restore failed. Error:An exception has occurred. class: mysqli_sql_exception;msg: Variable ‘time_zone’ can’t be set to the value of ‘NULL’;code: 1231;line: 2056;in_file: C:\Users\…;

    OBS: The old backups that are triggering this error are from 2021, when the backup file was splitted into parts (2 parts in this case). The newer backups (2023) that has a single file worked fine.

    Why is this happening? Can it be related to the “spltted backup file” thing? How to solve it?

    Thanks

    Hello @panserbjornes ,

    We recommend switching the database access method to PDO in WPvivid advanced settings and then retrying the restore task.

    Afterwards, please notify us if the restore task has been successfully completed.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @nicholas2019,

    Thanks for the reply!

    I’ve tried once and got a timeout error, but I needed to focus on other priorities and stopped trying. As soon as I came back to test your suggestion, I will post here the results.
