Restore Failed And Support Bailed

  • Was evaluating the product – backups seemed to be working but, I actually needed to do a restore b/c some other janky wp plugin nuked the site.

    The software failed to restore the divi templates I spent over a week on in the theme builder.

    Let support know. Back and forth and back forth and then didn’t hear anything for three days.

    Uninstalled.
