    Hello @a3not3 ,

It seem like you have very low execution limit threshold, which caused the process to stop while it was trying to check the free space.

In our plugin it is possible to disable free space checks, but it’s not recommended and you should do that only if you’re 100% sure that you have enough space on the server for the backup.

If you don’t have enough space for the backup or migration, but you will tell the plugin that there is enough, the process may still fail and your site may encounter many issues due to the lack free space.

    Step list of the solution:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable space checking: https://prnt.sc/PAlbYsz3RszJ
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    5. Save “Other options” section
    6. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
    7. Increase maximum execution time limit on your website, from 60 to 300
    8. Run your process once again

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hey @a3not3 ,

If the backup/migration fails again, please provide the latest debug log so we can analyze new details.

Please navigate to plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug infos with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

You can google out how to increase that limit on your website or ask your hosting company to help you with that.

    Kind regards

I searched about “increase maximum execution time limit on infinityfree website”

    Found This-

The PHP execution time limit cannot be increased on free hosting. The ability to customize those limits is a feature that’s only available on?premium hosting.

We also recommend against using backup and migration plugins. The backup process itself generates very high server usage which frequently cause account suspensions (notably IO suspensions). And due to the limits set on free hosting, restoring these backups generally doesn’t complete successfully, leaving you with a backup you can’t use.

I think it is about to impossible to this plugin to restore my website. I have to built it again. Thanks for your efforts .

Hello @a3not3 , your hosting provider explains that they not just discourage, but literally sabotage user’s efforts to use backup plugins, so there is honestly no reason to blame our or any other backup plugin in this situation.

By preventing you from making backups (which are necessary for migration), the hosting company is leaving you seemingly no other choice than to upgrade your plan.
