    I tried to restore what was a ‘successful’ back up but unfortunately the ‘Restore’ failed and now the status on the back up i took now says ‘Fail’ too. What can I do? Please help.

    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    Also, while troubleshooting, i should mention that whenever I try to back up to my linked Dropbox account it has also started to fail. I have uploaded the backup log to a failed back up here.

    Also to clarify, the back up I am trying to restore did achieve a successful status and not linked to Dropbox in anyway.
