Restore failed plugins missing urgent help needed

    Hi i backed up and the restored. The restore failed and a number of plug ins were not installed so most of website is now missing. Even the updraft plugin did not reinstall. I can not reinstall any of these plugins because they already exist on the server. I know how to access the files on the ftp server but did not want to delete any because do not want to lose all my data i had many products and images and do not want to lose all the work i have done. What do i do to get my website back? Please help?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.

    You can copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ), and post the link here
