    Hi there, I am trying to restore a website using your awesome plugin, but I am getting a restore failed alert window, with “unknown error”.

    I have sent the debug info to you using the debug window.
    I am using the restore function
    The file is 1.89 gb
    I will send user credentials.

    Hi @makeshyfttom

    From the error log, we found that the restore failed every time our plugin tried to extract the plugin.zip. Our guess is that the backup zip contains large backup files created by some other backup plugins, which triggered a server timeout.

    Therefore, our recommendation is to create a new backup that excludes these unnecessary backup files, then try restoring again.

    If the error persists, please also lower the value of the “Compress files every” option in the plugin settings before creating a new backup, for example, to 50Mb.
