    Hello @vilayati

In our experience, the issue is usually caused by insufficient disk space of the web hosting account.

It is recommended that you check and make sure the free disk space of both the source and the destination web hosting accounts is at least twice the website size.

After that, make a new backup and migrate.

    Thanks for the reply

I was restoring on my PC, where it has ample space, above 36 GB. Is there any other possibility?

    Hello,

Firstly, ensure that the available disk space on the source web server is at least double the size of your website.

Next, we strongly advise creating a local site using WAMP or XAMPP, as WPvivid plugin is known to perform seamlessly with these platforms.

    Kind regards.

My new host has 10 gb space, when I uploaded files, asked for restore, same error appeared. My site is hardly 3 gb

    Hello @vilayati

It is recommended that you check with your web host about the available disk space. In our experience, disk on shared web hosting are shared as well.

You can also try to set the plugin to exclude files larger than 200MB in the advanced settings. See this doc.

How sad, the total website was around 337 Mb, which the other plugin did it in 5 minutes. Do you still feel there was the necessity of an error?

To assist with the restoration, did you set up the local site using WAMP or XAMPP, as we previously suggested?

While we appreciate the significant reduction in website size from 3GB to 337MB, our primary focus remains resolving your current restoration issue.

On PC, either it is XAMPP or WAMP, always.

The size itself was 337 Mb, I had just said that looking at what the entire disk at the webserver was using, whereas the allotted space for 10 Gb.

My query is, if the other plugin could find 337 Mb, its not a big size to give any error. And both the 001.zip and 002.zip were successfully uploaded. How can the extraction create errors?

    Hi @vilayati

    Plugins are different.

If you are sure disk is not an issue. Then would you send us a debug zip of the source site to support(at)wpvivid.com to help troubleshoot the issue? You can download the zip from Debug tab of the plugin. Please include a link to this thread to help track the issue.

I sent you the debug zip.

Now you ask for access as Temp Administrator, which is not possible. I cannot put it to risk as it is my client website.

I wonder why you asked for zip file?

Now I am using other plugin which works flawlessly. I thought you will get another chance to improve your plugin, which finds faults uploading 350Mb website.
