Restore fails: “Error: Download failed”

    Unable to restore a backup. During the restoration process the components selected won’t download. Components in 2nd screen just show the message “Error: Download failed”

    Hi,

    Are the files stored in a remote storage?
    If yes, I would suggest downloading them and upload it directly to your site.
    It is possible that the connection gets timed out causing the download to fail.

    Thanks Bryle, I’ll give it a try. I guess the idea of just clicking a button and making it happen is just a bit much to expect sometimes. But it would be good if the error message was a bit more specific.
