Restore from dropbox backup

    Greetings,
    I would like to restore my website from my latest backup on Dropbox.
    Unfortunately, I have not been able to find clear instructions as to how.
    On top of everything else I am unable to log in as my password has been changed and I am unable to receive an email to get a new password!!
    Not a good day!!

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.
    Here is our guide for restoring a WordPress site from a backup. After the restore process is complete, please log in your site with previous login credential.

    Could you tell us if you have successfully restored your website?

    If you still can’t login with your previous login credential, please create a new WordPress site and download your backup from Dropbox to your computer, then upload and restore your backup in new WordPress to test.

    If everything is going fine, delete your website and recreate a new WordPress under your domain and restore your backup.
