The site in question is [ redundant link removed ]. As you can see, there is a bit of an issue. My elementor plugin isn’t applying to this page and I can’t edit with elementor either (although I can edit with elementor for my other pages). I made a recent backup using the Duplicator plugin. My question is, how do I restore my wordpress site from the backup I made?

  • Hey @scoobymarketing.

The process would be the same as installing a new site. Simply remove/backup all the files on your site. Then place the installer and archive in the empty directory where you would like to install the site and run the installer.

If this is not something you do often then I would recommend having your host run a backup using their tools and then run the process (this way you have an extra backup). If however, you are familiar with Duplicator then its basically the same steps as moving a site.

    Hope that helps~
