Restore from old instance

    Hi,

    We already have a backup from 2016 prepared with free license and we want to restore it to our new server with different WordPress version and different DB version.

    Is it possible with free or pro license?

    When i tested backup restore, i got only a error message like as “Errors found during restore”.
