    Hello All –

I’m a ding-a-ling…I was trying to paste the Meta Slider Pro usage code into the Vantage theme’s header.php file. I was unsuccessful, so tried deleting what I had pasted and accidentally deleted more than I should have. Now it’s allll messed up. I was wondering if someone could help me w/ restoring the original Vantage header.php code. More over, could you show me how to insert the code to make the Meta Slider show up?

Just a regular person trying to make a site, so lamen’s would be wonderous.
    Thanks for your help…

  • I would re download vantage and then copy and paste the old header.php file into yours.

That should get you at least back to where you were.

    Hey JB –

Thanks for the suggestion. I do everything online, so I just “install themes”. I’ve never downloaded anything, does that make sense?

yes. Did you edit in the editor in wordpress?

I would go to vantage page on www.ads-software.com, download it, then open the header.php in text edit and copy that and then paste it into the editor. Does that make sense?

And could you provide a url?

    I purchased the pro

Ok saweet. Now you can go in and create the slides in the meta slider area. Then go to the home link in the theme area and instead of demo slider, select the new slide show instead of the demo slide.
