Restore is buggy

  • Restored a site from yesterday and all media links broke. Also it did not restore a couple of folders. Thankfully had a server backup. Not sure if developers test the plugin before releasing updated as this issue is all of the web when you google it.

    Was hoping to upgrade to Pro, but when a product does not work, why upgrade.

    Yes, the plugin goes through extensive automated and hands-on testing before release. It has over 2 million active users, and as such it’s inevitable that there will be people who experience problems. In such cases, the things to do is ask for support and post your logs – if it was the case that nothing worked for anyone, we’d be hearing from thousands of people a day (which thankfully isn’t the case!).
