Restore Level 3 After Failure

I had the issue with the level 3 error in Stripe, but as noted in this thread….

….. Woo stopped sending the expanded Level 3 data.I’m getting Level 3 data allowed for my Stripe account. How can I restore WooCommerce to send Level 3 again, as it has quit due to the initial failure.
