Restore my database, Duplicate Key MySQL?

Hi I’m getting this error. No idea how to remove the duplicate key. Will not restore my database. Can anyone help?

#1062 – Duplicate entry ‘5’ for key 1I read somewhere that each table has a key and you can’t import another key but I know NOTHING
about mySQL.Would humbly appreciate any help anyone can offer.
