Restore not working

    I upload the backup file using BackupGuard but when I click restore doesn’t have any function.

    Thanks for sharing with us.

    Could you give us more details as to what happens when you click on the Restore button?
    Do you see an error message or something?

    Could you maybe give us a screenshot?

    On another note, could you tell us which version of our plugin have you been using?

    Facing the same issue.

    Manual Restore popup comes with no content.

    Then Notice shows up with SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

    Sorry to see you’re facing an issue as well.

    Could you, please, open another support thread and tell us which version of our plugin you’re using?
    Also, please, send a screenshot from the Developer Tools > Console when trying to restore and getting the mentioned error message.

    The issue may seem like the same but the reason for it as well as the solution may vary from an account to account.
