Restore not working

    Good day.

    So i have been using your Backups for many months, but now that i actually need to restore my backup nothing is happening. not great to find this.

    When i select restore the pop up comes up with “are you sure?” then the options Close or Restore.

    Hitting Restore does nothing, i have left it like this for a long time, 1 hour plus with no movement. Close works ofcourse.

    There is no log, nothing else i have tried is working. my backup file is 1.8GB, i know its a bit larger than others on the forum having a similar issue.

    Dear @cjdebeer ,

    Thanks for sharing and sorry to see you had an issue with restore.

    Could you tell us what version of our plugin you’ve been using?

    On the other hand, could you uninstall and reinstall the plugin, try the restore again and let us know if the same issue happens?

    I am having the same problem – the Restore button does nothing!

    I have deleted and re-installed the plugin

    I have tried different browsers

    I am using version 1.6.8.6

    Please advise urgent

    We noticed the other thread you opened as well.

    We’ll keep the communication there since we’re not sure whether you and @cjdebeer have the exact same issue.
