• I have a problem with the newest version of Contact Form 7 – Redirect. The auther of it has helped (and still does) to find the cause but his plugin functions well. Unfortenately it stops a jquery javascript on my site from working. Until now I have not found the cause.

Remark: the plugin is disabeld now but it stops displaying the calender on page “beschikbaarheid“= “availability of our holidayhome.

Now I consider to put back an older version of that plugin. It worked well before! But can this be done in this way?
    1) download the pluginmap under ../content/plugins/wpcf7 (just in case of…)
    2) delete that map on the site
    3) upload the same map to the same place out of a site backup from a week ago?
Or can this disturb the site functionality?

Alternative is then to upload the site backup completely but that takes some time…

    Cheers

  • You can use the WP Rollback plugin to easily install any version of a plugin.
You should not have to touch the map, just the folder of the plugin (which will be handled by Rollback). Its options remain in the database.

Thank you! That looks like a better solution then my own idea.

The author of Contact Form 7 – Redirect does not give up yet, he still tries to help me. But when he stops without having found a solution I know what to do!

    Thanks again
