    Hi RussiaCristiana,

    We disagree with your comment ..we clearly state in the description that the restore feature is for the premium plugin only. We also created an article so you can do it yourself if you prefer to not pay for the premium plugin.

    We allow our customers who are using the free version to know that they have their site content backed up with a professionally developed and supported plugin for at no cost to them, if they want to restore they can do it manually or upgrade to premium to enjoy other features and benefits aside from restore.

    I hope you rate our product based on your experience with WPBackItUp not on your unhappiness with the cost of the premium plugin.

    Thanks for the review but I am a little confused about the 1 star. Did you have some issues with plugin or are you unhappy you have to pay for premium?
