restore option to display shipping options in dropdown

now on desktop shopping cart page and checkout page looks ok,but still not ok on mobile

I don’t mind the radio buttons but I’ve had problems with them displaying weirdly in various browsers. In IE they would come out as a diagonal row. I see that it looks better now but the radio buttons in Chrome don’t really look like radio buttons. Maybe it’s not such a big deal.

Hey, how can I add the dropdown back to my cart/checkout experience. I want it back!
Please let me know how to bring it back or what plugin will give me an option for it again.
