    Hello

    Thanks for creating this plugin…

I successfully backed up a site and want to restore it on another server. We are moving from one hosting company to another.

I successfully completed a backup and using FTP I moved the backup from the current hosting service to the new one. I watched the video to make sure I did this correctly. However, on the new server, I don’t have an option to restore from the backup.

    What am I missing?

    Hello.
On new server – you should have WordPress with our plugin installed. Then – move manually (using FTP for example) backup files – from your first server backup folder – to new one, refresh page with backups list on new WordPress installation – and you should see here moved backup with possibility to restore from it. Don’t forget to replace your domain name in database files – to new one (if it was changed after site moved).
