restore problems

    hello,
    unfortunately my website was hacked so I had to delete it and rebuild wordpress completely new.
    I have made several backups with Updraft and always download them on my MacBook. Now I wanted to restore them unfortunately I can not upload them in the Updraft plugin because they are not zip. Files. (only open folders)
    Can someone help me how I get the website restored?
